1. Legal Age Requirement

In accordance with the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act of Alberta:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol
• Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at the time of delivery
• Acceptable forms of ID include: Alberta Driver's License, Alberta ID Card, Canadian Passport, Canadian Permanent Resident Card, or other government-issued photo ID
• We reserve the right to refuse service if valid ID cannot be produced
• We will not deliver alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Order Placement

• Orders can be placed by phone at +1-403-688-3047 or through third-party platforms (Uber Eats)
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
• Product availability is subject to change without notice

2.2 Payment

• Payment can be made via cash or card upon delivery (for direct orders)
• For Uber Eats orders, payment is processed through their platform
• Prices on Uber Eats are approximately 20% higher to cover platform commission fees
• All sales are final once delivery is completed and ID is verified

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Delivery Area

We deliver to the following areas:

• Canmore (all neighborhoods)
• Banff
• Dead Man's Flats
• Kananaskis Village
• Surrounding Bow Valley areas

3.2 Delivery Fees

• FREE delivery on orders over $100 within Canmore
• Delivery fees for orders under $100: $10-$15 depending on location and weather conditions
• Delivery fees for Banff and Kananaskis areas may vary
• Delivery fees will be confirmed when you place your order

3.3 Delivery Hours

• Monday - Thursday: Until 1:00 AM
• Friday - Sunday: Until 2:00 AM
• Delivery times may vary based on demand and weather conditions

3.4 Delivery Requirements

• A person 18 years or older with valid ID must be present to receive the delivery
• We will not leave alcohol unattended or deliver to someone who appears intoxicated
• Delivery to public places may be refused at our discretion
• You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery address and contact information

4. AGLC Compliance and Regulations

As a licensed liquor retailer in Alberta, we comply with all regulations set by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC):

4.1 Legal Obligations

• We are prohibited from selling or delivering alcohol to minors (under 18)
• We must refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• We maintain records of all transactions as required by AGLC
• We comply with all advertising and marketing restrictions
• All products sold are obtained from licensed Alberta suppliers

4.2 Consumption Restrictions

• It is illegal to consume alcohol in public places in Alberta (with certain exceptions)
• Drinking and driving is illegal and dangerous
• We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we cannot accept returns on delivered products
• If you receive damaged or incorrect products, contact us immediately at +1-403-688-3047
• Refunds or replacements for damaged/incorrect items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• Proof of damage (photos) may be required for refund consideration
• No refunds will be issued once the delivery is completed and accepted

6. Product Information and Availability

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may not reflect exact packaging
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to substitute similar products if ordered items are unavailable
• Please call to verify availability of specific products

7. Limitation of Liability

• Liquor Lane Canmore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for issues arising from consumption of alcohol products
• Users are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and legally

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Liquor Lane Canmore
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
• Product names and brand logos are trademarks of their respective owners

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in that policy, including information necessary to comply with AGLC age verification requirements.

10. Third-Party Services

• Orders placed through Uber Eats are also subject to Uber Eats' terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for third-party platform errors or technical issues
• Pricing and availability may differ between direct orders and third-party platforms

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
